Ingredients:

1 kg fresh grated Kýknos tomatoes

150 g green jalapeño peppers

100 g red jalapeño peppers

250 g green bell pepper

80 g fresh cilantro

200 g dry onion

25 g salt

10 g fresh pepper

10 g garlic

10 g smoked paprika

Step 1 — Chop the veggies
Roughly chop the green and red jalapeños, the bell pepper, the onion, and the cilantro. No need to be neat about it — it's all going in the blender anyway!
 

Step 2 — Bring it all together
Add all the chopped ingredients into a large bowl along with the fresh grated tomato. Stir in the seasonings: salt, fresh pepper, garlic, and smoked paprika.
 

Step 3 — Blend it into salsa
Using a hand blender (or whatever blender you've got handy), blitz everything until you get a smooth, even salsa. Prefer it chunkier? Just stop a little earlier — your call!
