220 ml of water
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
170 gr. flour for all uses
2 tbsp. sunflower oil
1/2 tablespoon cumin
For serving you will need:
Seed oil for frying
100 gr. sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Boil water, sugar, salt and sunflower oil in a pot. Once the pot is down, add the flour and mix until a ball of dough is formed. Place the dough in an icing bag with a curled nozzle.
Heat the seed oil in a pot and as soon as it burns, cut the churros into long narrow strips with the icing bag and put them in the hot oil. The churros are ready as soon as they turn pinkish red.
Remove them and drain them on some kitchen paper.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the churros while they are still hot.
