1 cooked chicken

10 tortillas

200g sour cream or yogurt

1 chopped yellow pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

1 glass of grated cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

3-4 cloves of garlic

1 chopped onion

2 cans of peeled tomatoes

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

A little salt & pepper

In a bowl, search for the chicken and mix with the sour cream, pepper and cumin. In a large pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil while adding the tomatoes, sugar, parsley, salt, pepper and cook until it boils down. Divide the filling into 10 tortillas and roll them. Put a little sauce in the casserole to cover the bottom and place the tortillas. Cover them with the rest of the sauce and the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 20-25 minutes.
